We have a user here that had her roaming profile changed
about two weeks ago. Previously she had the Outlook
Journal recording various activities. However, since the
profile change the journal has stopped recording these
activities.
We have attempted the following with no success:
1. Verified registry settings
2. Turned off and turned back on
3. Specified only certain documents (Excel and Word only)
4. Excel would register but word would not in the Journal
tracking program.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
