Outlook 2002 messages stay in Outbox

I am running Outlook 2002 on approx 400 computers in an
E2K environment. I have two users who are having a
problem with messages staying in their outbox until they
click on another folder (inbox, sent items tasks it
doesn't matter). I've created a new profile and that
didn't help. If I log in at a different computer as these
two users and set mail up on that computer all works fine!
