outlook 2002 missing option to "automatically put people I reply to in..."

In Outlook 2000, I could set an option to "Automatically
put people I reply to in " contact list. But this option
is no longer there in Outlook 2002, at least in a place
that I can find it. Is this feature permanently removed
from Outlook, or is there someway I can turn it on?
