Outlook 2002 on terminal server

I am trying to use outlook 2002 on a terminal server with
mandatory profiles and a custom PRF. The prf works great
in that it setup outlook based on the username. The only
problem I'm running into is that it takes about forty
seconds for outlook to start. Has anyone experienced
this???
