Outlook 2002 operation timed out

Running Windows XP, I am now being timed out with the
reported error (0x8004210A) after everything ran fine for
3 to 4 months. I have contacted ISP (Earthlink) and they
have done everything they can. Have downloaded SP1 and
SP2 and problem still persists.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
