Outlook 2002 repetitive messages

I am a broker for electronic parts and constantly send
out quotes for parts to sell through Outlook. I was
wondering if there is a way to create a page that would
have all the same repetitive info. i.e. subject line has
the same title each time.

All I want to do is plug in the part #'s and prices.

Yes. Create the email with all the constant info. Then go to Tools, Forms, Publish Form As. Give it a name and save it somewhere (Personal Forms, or Org Forms). Then close the message without saving. To create a new message based on that form, go to Tools, Forms, Choose Form.
