Outlook 2002 Run Time Error Message

User gets the following message when trying to send an
email:

MS Visual C++Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files\MS Office\Office10\outlook.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.

She can shut down multiple times and it will finally go
away, temporarily.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
