Outlook 2002 Runtime Error

jlsohio

I've been getting the following error when starting
Outlook 2002.

Runtime Error! Program Files\Microsoft Office10
\Outllok.exe abnormal program termination.

This started happening about 2 weeks ago. If I immediately
exit & go back in it's OK. Then a few times later, it
happens again.

What is causing this & how can I fix it?

Thanks.

Do you've got any add-ins installed? Try disabling them.

This looks like a similar error that I'm getting with Outlook 2000. It started only after I recently installed Norton Internet Security 2004, which includes Norton AntiSpam. I think Norton AntiSpam is the problem. It's an Outlook Add-In. I've tried removing it. But it keeps re-appearing. So far, no luck. This error keeps coming up when I open a new Outlook profile for the first time
