Outlook 2002, service pack 1, in windows 2000 environment

I am running Outlook 2002, service pack 1, in a windows
2000 environment.

I am experiencing stability issues with Outlook 2002. I
need to go to service pack 2, but it only seems to exist
for Windows XP (not Windows 2000). I'm an interprise
user, can cannot upgrade to Windows XP on my office
laptop. What am I missing?
