Outlook 2002: SMTP port number field seams to only accept 4 charac

When I try to conifgure the POP and SMTP sever port numbers in the
"Accounts", "Chnage", "More settings", "Advanced" tab, I can only enter a 4
digit number. Previous versions of outlook allowed 5 (Our system is set up
with ports in the 11110 range).

Is this a known bug? Did microsoft intentionally redunce the number of
characters?

How do I submit a bug report? and what is the chance of it getting changed?

I wouldn't call it a bug as there are default portnumbers for a reason. Why
don't you use those? This will probably be a big part in whether it actually
gets accepted and changes in a future hotfix, update, servicepack or
version.
