I have a user with XP PRO SP 2 and Outlook 2002 SP 2 and when she goes to
File - Open - Other user's folder that person's calendar opens but not in the
size that she wants. Also in that same windows on the right hand side she
wants the Taskpad lower so she can see the monthly calendar. No matter what I
do to change it it never keeps the changes.
I ran /cleanviews, detect and repair, removed and reinstalled outlook,
cleaned TMP files. She said it worked a few weeks ago and during that time
someone was using her PC and must of made some changes as other settings in
Windows was modified.
