Outlook 2002 SP3 will not send email.

When I loaded the Office XP Professional SP3, Outlook stopped sending my
email through my SMTP SSL connection. THE ONLY WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEMS WAS
TO USE A SYSTEM RESTORE TO A DATE BEFORE INSTALLING SP3. Does anyone know a
way to keep the SMTP SSL send email working with SP3?
