I need some help with Outlook 2002. I've been using it
for over a year with no problems. Suddenly, a few days
ago, it began acting very sluggish. When selecting email
messages to read, there is a long wait (2-5 seconds)
before the message appears in the preview pane. Without
the preview pane and double-clicking to open a message,
there is a similar wait before the selected email opens
up. I have downloaded 1-2 Windows security
patches/updates this week. I don't know if that has
anything to do with it, but any suggestions about how to
troubleshoot this problem will be greatly appreciated.
