So I'm happily defaulting to Outlook Today for my home
page and one day I click on Customize Outlook Today to
add folders to my Messages section and all of a sudden
everything starts to act very strange!
First, no matter what I select, once I save changes, I
see several repeats of the Outlook Today folder on the
messages list despite the fact that I did not check this
folder for inclusion in the list. Not only that, but not
all the folders I selected are showing up in the list.
Finally, there is no "unread messages" indicator next to
any of the folders even though there are unread messages
in some of those folders.
I have installed all Microsoft patches as they appeared
in my Windows "automatic updates" application.
I'm running Outlook 2002 on Win XP.
I'm also running a spam-blocker called Junk-Out. I have
a support call in to them as well.
Any ideas on this one would be greatly appreciated!
