Outlook 2002

We are running SBS 4.5, with Outlook on each client. One
of my clients is getting the following errors:

When Printing: the operation failed
When creating a new email: the messaging interface has
returned an unknown error. If problem persists restart
Outlook.

I can log onto this system as another user, and it works
fine for me. I can also set up her mailbox under my name
and do everything just fine. I assume it is in her profile
that the problem exists. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
