outlook 2002

I installed outlook 2002 from dell axiam cd and worked
perfect for several months, than started getting error
messages, outlook shutting down. I went to ms site and
downloaded latest patches. Now every time I re boot
windows installer comes up, and sometimes it says
installing word 2002, front page or outlook. also every
time I open outlook it ask me for eula agreement again.
any ideas what is causing this? thanks Tom

Did you install it from an Administrator account?
