Outlook 2003 Abnormal Termination

When I close Outlook 2003, I receive the following error
message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 11\
Outlook.exe
This application has requested the Runtime terminate it
in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.

Ther is nothing I can find in the Microsoft Knowledge
Base that addresses this issue.

I'm officially stumped. Can anyone help?

Vissual C++ often comes about with Nortons on your system. Is it onstalled?
If so uninstalled it and see if the error occures again
If not then try reinstalling again
