Outlook-2003 adds attachment "header.htm" (2)

This is a continuation of my postings earlier today. I'm sorry - that was my
first time using this forum and I accidentally clicked on the wrong reply,
and so my previous questions were marked as "answered". I have since
corrected that error, and my question is now showing as "unanswered".

I still have my problem as described in my earlier postings, and I still
need a reply. Thanks.
