Outlook 2003 always freezes when opened & MORE

Whenever I open Outlook 2003, it freezes for no apparent reason. This is
what the error report contains:
szAppName : OUTLOOK.EXE szAppVer : 11.0.6353.0 szModName : hungapp

szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

When I re-open it immediately after ending the unresponsive program, it
(usually) works fine. I usually run Norton Antispam with the program, but
turned it off to see if it was the cause--it wasn't. Any known solutions to
this problem?
Also, my program is always trying to send 5 nonexistent emails using an
account which I have specified as having no sending capabilities! I have
cleaned out all hidden return receipts using Outlook Spy, but it still tries
to send these messages? Any help with this problem???
