Outlook 2003 and Custom forms

Hi,

I have many problems with Outlook 2003 and the custom
forms ( fmrCache.dat not updated, forms not read ecc.).
I want to know if there are fix / patch (italian Language )
to resolve this problem.

Hi,
I'd like to get the same fix/patch or script to fix this
custom forms issue.
BTW Microsoft registry fix isn't working:(
Any reply would be appreciated.
