Outlook 2003 and sending Web pages

I used to run Netscape 7.1 mail and browser. Now I run MS
Outlook and IE6 as default. All works fine until I try
to send a web page through e-mail. Netscape Mail still
comes up as teh mail program for sending web pages! I
can't figure out how to get Outlook to take over this
function. Any help would be appreciated!
