Outlook 2003 and vbscript.dll problem

Hi

I installed Office 2003 (first I tried UPGRADE, but then uninstalled and did
a clean install), and now my Outlook, when it starts up, it shows an error
message like:

"Failed to register a vbscript dll. Run the RegSvr32 vbscript.dll... blah
blah"

I tried the above, and did a search on msdn and found two more steps that
might be required, one of which was to rename the "1033" folder and try
repairing...

I still have the problem, and outlook won't even start.

Any ideas?

(ps: I did exactly the same thing at the office, with no problems)
