Have a user that says that some appointments disappear from her calendar. It
is very inconsistent and she says it happens usually twice a week.
Reinstalled outlook, verified that all patches has been installed. Email
delivery is set to stay on server inbox. Took all delegates off but it being
shared by one user who has editor permissions. The other user sharing the
calendar makes sure that she does not stay in the appointment. She uses a
Blackberry and upgraded to desktop v4, but she says that she does not accept
appointments through blackberry. Is set of cached exchange mode. Also
created new Outllook profile.
One thing we notice is that the appointments she says that "disappear"
actually show up in a personal folder calendar. Checked archive properties.
Took personal folder calendar off of My Calendar (can't delete calendar).
Created new email profile but no luck.
Any suggestions (or insights why appointments go to personal folder
calendar)? Thanks
