Outlook 2003 Beta after Refresh - "A program is trying to access..."

Today I installed the Technical Refresh of the Office
2003 beta. Now, whenever I get an email, a window pops
up stating, "A program is trying to access e-mail
addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to
allow this?"

I do have the business contact manager installed, and I
also did the Technology Refresh for that as well.

Please advise...

It's BCM. Disable auto linking of email. Business Tools, Link Email,
AutoLinking, click the Clear All box.
