Outlook 2003 blocking attachments (.exe, .zip)

Does anyone know how to get around the latest security
feture that MS pu in Outlokk2003? I know I can rename my
files and have the person on the other end change the
name back, but I would rather be able to send .exe files
on my own. ANy patches or knowledge base articles? I
searched and couldn't find anything.
