Outlook 2003 + Business contact Manager

I'm trying to install Business contact manager on my
machine. I've added my profile to the BCMUSers group but
when I try to add the business contact manager database
under the data file management option in Outlook 2003 I
get an error message saying "database creation has
failed" and then another dialogue saying "ServiceEntry:
User canceled". Does anyone have a solution to this?
