Outlook 2003 Business contacts manager

When I open a contact from the "Accounts in Business
Contacts Manager" section, it displays some squares
instead of parantheses in the "File As" section. Have
tried to choose a different font, but doesn't help. It
only seems to be the parantheses that are affected in this
way. I've just downloaded the updates for Office & the
Business Contact Manager. Anyone have any suggestions?
