I have been using Microsoft outlook 20003 with no problems until recently.
My email comes thru a microsoft exchange host.
I have worked with the host and it appears everything is working from their
end.
Their server has my information and I can receive emails thru webmail.
The problem: when I try to open outlook, it brings up a box for user name
and password. Once that information is entered, the program freezes.
We have tried entering new profiles, no change.
I was told the outlook program may be corrupt, so I purchased office 2007.
Same problem.
I have tried to repair, reinstall, uninstall 2003, etc.
Can you help?
