Outlook 2003 - cannot right-click to delete single item

Win XP Pro w/ Office 2003 Pro.

I can't delete a sinle item in my inbox using the right-click menu. I can
delete multiple items with right-click. I saw a reference to deleting the
frmcache.dat file

I have tried this, tried detect/repair, a clean Outlook install, applied all
XP and Office updates but still cannot get it to work!

Any ideas?

I just ran reinstall/repair from the CD to no avail. No Office updates are
required. I also ran Adaware 6.0 to ensure there was nothing untoward
affecting Outlook.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
