I am having trouble using the translate text service in Outlook 2003. I am
able to use that service in MS Word and Excel, but haven't tried PowerPoint.
If I want to translate a phrase from "English to Chinese", it does it in
Word but not in Oultook. I have to copy phrases in emiails opened in Outlook
to Word before I get a translation. I shouldn't need to do this since it's a
feature as part of Office 2003.
