1. when switched from cached mode to MAPI (non-cached mode) the Sync Issues
folder created in cached mode stays. How to get rid of it?
2. the Outlook icon in the system tray get red exclaimation point from time
to time? It lasts only a couple seconds. Outlook is in non-cached mode and
showed me "online" all the time.
3. when outlook starts at the bottom looks like it's doing send/receive
update but it's not in cached mode.
