Outlook 2003 contact search

Hello

I am having a problem where a p.a with an additional mailbox added to
the mail profile. This happens she accesses the other person's
contacts and does a search for a specific contact.When you try open
the result you get a "Can't open this item" error message. If you
manually goto that contact you can open it fine.
We have just upgraded from 2000 to 2003.

any ideas?
