Outlook 2003 Crashes winth Terminal Services

I have a number of staff that thier Outlook 2003 crashes
everytime they open it up. I have recreated each profile
and still has the same problem.

It isn't everyone that using the Terminal Server either
it is only certin people.

Doesn't anyone have any idea's

from a local PC - i.e. is it just in the TS configuration that they have

Yeah they can open Outlook on there local machine no
problems. It is only within TS Connection that we are
having a problem. I think that we might of found the
cause.

Archive settings. I think that is is trying to archive
there pst to the local c:\. We have disabled users from
being about to view the local drive so I think Outlook is
getting lost in the process.

They aren't trying to use Cached mode are they?

No Ben within Terminal Services cashed mode is disabled.
