Outlook 2003 Deployment using Transforms

Hi,

I'm using Office 2003 Professional, Enterprise Edition and trying to deploy
the entire suite, but with some customization for Outlook as well. I'm
trying to use the TRANSFORMS functions to automate the process (including
modifying/creating an outlook profile, enabling Exchange Cached Mode). The
transforms works great except that anything to do with Outlook isn't
performed. Word, Excel, uninstallations of previous versions, product key
all work, but ONLY Outlook is apparently ignored. I'm under an Enterprise
Volume License so I don't see what the issue is. The logs reveal no errors.
I'm totally pulling my hair out right now. I even tried making a transform
that ONLY Install outlook...it does that fine, but still doesn't configure
any options for it. Strange!

Figured it out...

Had to delete 2 registry entries on the destination box:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\OfficeCustomizeWizard

adn

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\OfficeCustomizeWizard

Thanks!

I am having the same issue but this didn't resolve my issue. I delete

Yes, the entire key in BOTH areas. Are you trying to upgrade an old or
existing version of Office or is this a new installation?
