OUTLOOK 2003 DOES NOT DL MAIL ????????? ANYMORE

WHATS THE DEAL ! GETTING RIPPED OFF BUY MSN ! ! I attempted to down load my
e-mail to outlook 2003 got a message ! UPGRADE ! for service ??? WTF I paid
for the disk with outlook now I am getting banged for more money ?? Or is
this a virus or something
