Outlook 2003 doesnot remember shortcuts

Hi,

We have a MAPI storage provider implemented and working fine with Outlook
2000 and XP.

Outlook 2003 doesnot remember shortcuts to the folders of our storage after
restart.
Outlook 2000 and XP do remember the shortcuts.

Is there a change in the way outlook 2003 stores shortcuts when compared to
2000 and XP.

If yes, why Outlook 2003 does not remember the shortcut ? As a developer do
I have to
do anything more for Outlook 2003 to remember.
