We've got our pop settings in Outlook 2003 set up to leave messages on the server for 2 days before deleting them. I've also got rules set up to move mail from the different locations to different folders (which I had to figure out a workaround for because it wasn't working)
The problem that I have now (that I didn't have when using Outlook 2000) is that after it has downloaded the email, the next time I check email, it downloads those messages previously downloaded again
