Outlook 2003 E-mail Reply Format

I recently upgraded to Office 2003 from 97 and want am
trying to use Outlook w/Word as editor for e-mail. What I
want to do is:

- Have replies to HTML e-mails in my HTML format, and:
- Have replies to plain text e-mails prefixed with a
character (> or whatever) at each line.

Outlook Express did this. In O2003, the only options I
find are at Tools>Options>E-mail Options, 'On Replies and
Forwards', and this allows one or the other, but not both.

Anyone have any suggestions?
