Outlook 2003 - Email using Distribution list does not deliver

have list of only 14 addressees. email using it does not deliver to any of
them and no error message. other lists do work

No information here for us to go on. The transport you are using, how you
are creating and sending the message and what happens to these messages
would be a minimum. I have seen DL's fail when only one of the addresses is
corrupt, so check them.
