Outlook 2003 - Entourage 2004, keep messages, etc. sync

I use Outlook 2003 in Windows XP and Entourage 2004 in Mac OS X. Is it
possible to merge and/or synchronize the calendar, contacts, messages,
notes, etc. between Outlook 2003 and Entourage 2004?

Note: no Exchange server available.
