Outlook 2003 - "Entry point not found"

Hello,

I have searched MSN extensively but unable to resolve my
error message.
"Outlook.exe - Entry Point not found. Procedure entry
point GetIUMS could not be located in DLL MSDART.DLL."
Error message appears 5 X consecutively when starting
outlook 2003.

I have recently upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro. Now
upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003.
PC notebook is in a standalone environment (no Exchange
server).
