Outlook 2003 error message

Since upgrading to Office 2003, my Application Event Log (XP
Professional) is filled with messages about errors updating free/busy
data.

I have the option to pubish free/busy data turned-off!!??

Here's the entry that keeps appearing...

Event Source: Outlook
Event Category: None
Event ID: 25
Date: 10/27/2003
Time: 2:42:36 PM
User: N/A
Computer: NAUTILUS
Description:
Unable to update public free/busy data. Operation failed.
