Outlook 2003 error message

Has anyone seen this error message? We are running
Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5. Does not happen all the
time. Usually happens on DSL link. I cannot re-create it.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject: RE: (subject)
Sent: 2/25/2004 8:40 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(End user) on 2/25/2004 8:40 AM
Remote was unable to open a message for
submission on the server.Network problems are preventing
connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.
