Outlook 2003 Filtering email after SP1

I have both server based and PC based SPAM filters which
flag spam with [SPAM] in the subject line. Before SP1 to
Outlook 2003, my filters to delete these messages worked.
Now messages that are marked as junk by outlook are not
effected by my filters, they go to Junk, despite my
filters. If I turn outlook Junk filtering Off, my filters
work, but I was wondering if there is a way to restore
the pre-SP1 behaviour.
