Outlook 2003: Global Address Book No Longer Works

R

Rob Anderson

Our office is currently running an Exchange 5.5 server for
all internal e-mails. On this server we have a Global
Address Book with groups such as "Everyone", "Management",
etc. I recently upgraded my workstation to Office 2003
(part of a test for a general roll-out sometime within the
next two months) and everything works perfectly -- except
for the Global Address Book. If I add a group, for
example "Everyone", and try to send, no one receives my e-
mail. However, if I expand the e-mail (clicking on
the '+' sign next to group name), and populate the
To:/CC:/BCC: fields automatically with everyone associated
with that Global Address Book entry, it works fine.

Why can't I send to "Everyone", etc. anymore? Your help
is appreciated.
