Outlook 2003 graphics & Word

Hello Folks, I still experimenting with Graphics and Outlook and I just
noticed something.

A 96 DPI picture looks perfect on Word and Corel, so I guess that's Word's
Page DPI.

Now here is another problem, for testing I send that picture and another to
my self
on another accound, in the mail I got back, both picture were the
SAME SIZE and at 64 DPI.

Same size means on the page they the same size but compare to the original
the were samaller, so is the dpi from 96 down to 64.

Now what is going on here ?
