Outlook 2003 Hanging

I have this silly problem with Outlook 2003 SP2 hanging. I'll be
chugging along, opening emails, and all the sudden it will slow down to
nothing and then hang. I've installed all the latest updates for
Office. Event Viewer is showing nothing useful - just HungApp.

Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this?
