Hi,
I have a client who uses Outlook 2003 to access their personal mailbox as
well as a shared group mailbox (e.g. (e-mail address removed)).
They also have a system that generates orders and sends an email to the
orderer but it's sent as the primary mailbox and they would prefer to send
it as if it were coming from the shared mailbox (i.e. from
'(e-mail address removed)' instead of '(e-mail address removed)').
Does anyone know if there is a way to set this in Outlook 2003 or is it
something that is likely to be configured in the 'order system'?
I'm still awaiting an answer from the client requesting further info about
the Order System but in the meantime was wondering if there's something that
I've overlooked in Outlook 2003 or indeed if this can be set in OL2003.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
