Outlook 2003 icon changes randomly

Not a big deal but very weird:
My outlook icon (both on the desktop, and the QuickNav bar) changes every
other time I restart Windows:
Sometimes its the new orange icon
Sometimes its the Office 2000 icon.

Very strange.

I'm running Windows 2000.

I can't figure out how this could happen.

When its showing the old icon, it still loads the new version. Also, if I
right-click, properties...change icon, only the old icon shows in the list
of choices.

Any clues?
