Outlook 2003 Include shortcut or URL to Exchange public folder post

How can I determine the URL (outlook:\\Public Folders\All Public Folders\xxxx\Message Subject) for a post in an exchange public folder from within Outlook 2003? There doesn't seem to be an option to display the address bar when viewing a post

When I have sent email to other exchange users I cannot Insert a shortcut to a post on the exchange public folder. Is there a way to insert a shortcut rather than the entire post?
